Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, TIFF, AI, and PSD. Include 0.125" bleed and keep text 0.125" from the trim edge.

Place your order and upload artwork before 11:00am local time, choose a participating store for pickup, and your job is ready the same afternoon. You'll get a text when it's done.

Yes. Every order gets a free pre-flight review for resolution, bleed, fonts, and color space. If something looks off we email you before anything prints.

Same-day on hundreds of products; 2–4 business days is standard for most items; large-format and specialty finishes may take longer. The estimate is shown on each product page.

Digital proofs are included. Hard-copy proofs are available for a fee on business cards, brochures, and packaging — add a note at checkout.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the approved proof, we reprint or refund it. Reach out within 7 days of pickup or delivery.

Yes — we ship Canada-wide. Shipping is a $12 flat rate and free on orders over $99. Store pickup is always free.
